Aero-2 offers a full length rack with a roll-in boat placement feature to insert the boats into its storage unit. This system also uses an overhead crane system with the ability to stack boats up to 20 meters/65 feet in length. The building has an aisle which can be located off center so that multiple boats can be stored one in front of the other (less used vessels can be stored deeper within the racks.) An automated shuffle program is used to move the foremost boat near the aisle to allow retrieval of the more deeply stored boats.
